Covid cases and hospitalizations are once again rapidly rising as our state sets record highs. Our church leadership has been committed throughout this pandemic to be responsible and loving to neighbor and self in an effort to slow the spread of the virus. Effective immediately, we are updating our Covid policy.
- Masks are once again required to be worn “restaurant style” while in the building at all times by all adults and children over 2 years old. Once seated and socially distanced, masks are optional.
- The restart after the holiday break of adult classes and children’s classes will be delayed until it is deemed safer to resume.
- We will have children’s church during the sermon. We will set up the rooms to allow for social distancing. All children over the age of 2 must wear a mask at all times. Per CDC recommendations, masks are optional for children 2 or under.
- Wednesday night meal and other similar gatherings will be delayed until it is deemed safer to resume.
As always, we thank you for your ongoing support and prayers. While this is not what any of us hoped for as we start a near year, we believe that God is faithful in all things. We are confident that God’s love for us and our love for God and one another will carry us through this time.
